Whether it's boot camps, warrior training, or just getting hard core with cross fit type training you are looking for, this is right in your lane.  We offer boot camps on a regular basis so there is always one you can join in on. Contact us for dates and times.

           SPORTS CONDITIONING

 

If you are training for scholastic sports, a marathon, triathlons, etc. Steph has been working with training and coaching women's lacrosse for high school sports. She knows what is needed to get you or your children in shape for sports at the elementary, high school, and college level. She is an avid runner and participates in marathons, as well as provides conditioning to others who are preparing for such an event.
