"When Steph approached me about starting a personal training business, the thought of paying to workout in her dirty and disorganized garage seemed absurd. Even though Steph is my best friend and together we have logged thousands of running miles, I couldn’t wrap my head around the concept.  Fast forward 6 years later, I’m in the best shape ever and I dread missing a Wednesday 5:45AM workout or the Sunday Morning Bootcamp.  While it’s still called the Dirty Garage, her garage is now bright, organized, and professional.  

 

Steph’s passion for fitness and a commitment to the culture of her Dirty Garage differentiates her from other gyms or simply working out alone.  Each session is different; she mixes up TRX, free weights, bands, and even simply your own body weights exercises. The music is cranking.  The conversation and laughter mask the pain and intensity.  Steph caters each workout to her client (even in group settings).  She encourages and supports individual goal setting.  Steph constantly supplements her expertise with formalized fitness training, and we all benefit from her new ideas and routines.  I’m so proud of my BFF and the business she developed in her Dirty Garage.
